Responsibilities
- Design, build, integrate, test, and maintain AI-enabled full-stack enterprise applications, including interfaces, APIs, backend services, databases, and integration layers.
- Develop generative and agentic AI application patterns using LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, model evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Translate business, risk, and operational requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, measurable technical solutions.
- Apply AI application lifecycle management, performance monitoring, evaluation, value tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, technology teams, risk and security partners, business stakeholders, and leaders on architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and delivery.
- Support cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure and contribute to reusable AI engineering patterns, data enrichment opportunities, and modernization strategies.
- Promote secure coding, responsible AI, enterprise governance, logging, monitoring, and production support practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience designing and developing full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integration layers, or cloud platforms.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled applications, including generative or agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for backend development, API integration, or AI-enabled application workflows.
- Strong experience building modern frontend and full-stack web applications with React JS.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs, backend services, microservices, and enterprise integration layers.
- Experience with relational databases such as Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, including SQL query development, application integration, and data modeling concepts.
- Practical experience developing or supporting cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with secure coding, production support, logging, monitoring, and application delivery practices.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, risk, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
