Responsibilities
- Build systems that acquire and match candidates at scale.
- Improve experiences for companies, recruiters, and marketplace participants.
- Develop agentic recruiting systems that match candidates, companies, and recruiters using platform data.
- Build recruiter productivity tools, including CRM capabilities, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
- Identify problems worth solving, design solutions, make implementation plans, and ship end-to-end.
- Own outcomes with consideration for user behavior, revenue, retention, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated product-mindedness and the ability to form opinions about what to build and why.
- Business-minded approach focused on revenue, retention, and market dynamics.
- Strong technical ability to move quickly across the stack without sacrificing important quality.
