Base Salary

$109k - $136k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce data models, custom objects, fields, and relationships for sales, marketing, legal, finance, and other business teams.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Boomi, Workato, and ETL processes.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Implement unit, integration, and user acceptance testing strategies.
  • Apply DevOps, Git, deployment, version-control, and release-management practices across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, maintain uptime, and prevent recurring problems.
  • Maintain data integrity, security best practices, and privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, technical roadmap planning, MarTech consolidation, and enterprise application architecture decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation within Salesforce processes and maintain active Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering business-critical enterprise solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative configuration tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and familiarity with Boomi or Workato.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, Git, and CI/CD practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, database concepts, data migration, and data transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, enterprise integration patterns, financial month-end process support, and interest in AI-powered automation are preferred or advantageous.
