Base Salary

$85k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and maintenance of Edge Workflows software.
  • Build healthcare data ingestion platforms and tools in Python.
  • Develop resilient data pipelines integrating with EMR systems and reference labs through HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
  • Develop cloud-native software build and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to build testing infrastructure for reliable data pipeline testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related accepted field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of Python programming experience with modern web frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
  • At least 3 years of experience building cloud-native applications with RESTful APIs, public cloud technologies, containerization, and orchestration.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing scalable relational and NoSQL databases.
  • At least 3 years of experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • At least 2 years of experience building resilient data pipelines integrating with EMR systems using HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
