Base Salary
$70k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, debug, and optimize scalable Java applications and enterprise systems.
- Use Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to build robust software services.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, developers, and non-technical business clients.
- Conduct code reviews, establish code quality standards, mentor junior developers, and run daily standups.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system functionality, maintainability, reliability, and performance across distributed environments.
Requirements
- Strong Java development experience with related frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, coding standards, version control, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle and troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for bridging technical teams and business clients.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and guide code quality practices.
