Base Salary
$70k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Write clean, reusable, efficient code using object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
- Debug issues, troubleshoot production incidents, enhance system functionality, and optimize application performance across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, developers, and business clients.
- Conduct code reviews, run daily standups, mentor junior developers, and establish code quality standards.
- Contribute to version control, continuous integration and deployment processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience developing enterprise-level applications with Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Ability to apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, coding standards, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle and troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with technical teams and non-technical business clients.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers, lead daily standups, conduct code reviews, and guide code quality practices.
