Base Salary
$130k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements and integration needs.
- Design, develop, customize, and support software and web applications, including backend services and APIs.
- Create software update processes and assist with software release rollouts.
- Train and mentor junior Software Development Engineers on internally developed applications.
- Research, write, and edit software designs, technical requirements, evaluation plans, test results, manuals, and reports.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on development practices, procedures, and techniques.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics and help ensure software is delivered on time and to specification.
- Work with Quality Assurance to evaluate applications, systems, subsystems, and components against requirements.
- Serve as a technical liaison for outside vendors and customers and present architectural and technical decisions.
- Own or support production deployments at scale for critical backend services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with Python and Django.
- Experience creating RESTful APIs using Django.
- Experience with PHP.
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, AWS, and production deployments at scale for critical backend services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- AdTech or advertising experience is preferred.
