Responsibilities
- Design and implement shift-left practices and tooling for reliable releases in high-compliance and multi-region environments.
- Own and evolve provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle-management components for compliance and regional deployments.
- Design, develop, and review full-stack application features using TypeScript and React Native.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Atmos for AWS GovCloud and other regional environments.
- Maintain architectural consistency across regulated, regional, and commercial environments while respecting compliance and locality constraints.
- Lead technical execution for complex initiatives with engineering, security, compliance, and product stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize services across infrastructure and application layers in distributed multi-region systems.
- Contribute to documentation and technical standards supporting operational clarity, repeatability, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React Native, backend development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform and Atmos; AWS GovCloud experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives spanning multiple systems or teams.
- Experience working in regulated or operationally sensitive environments with strong reliability and correctness requirements.
- Ability to combine deep technical contribution with clear communication and technical influence.
- Experience mentoring through design discussions and code reviews without requiring formal people leadership.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar is preferred.
- Experience designing or operating multi-region or region-agnostic platforms is preferred.
- Experience maintaining parallel commercial and regulated environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with incident response, change management, and audit-aligned operational processes is preferred.
