Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive multi-year technical strategy for distributability and multi-cloud.
- Lead high-complexity engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
- Make major architectural decisions with organization-wide implications.
- Collaborate with teams for foundational systems and customer insights.
- Mentor and develop Staff-level engineers within the organization.
- Align efforts across Product, GTM, and Customer Success while managing technical risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience at Staff or Senior Staff level.
- Experience shaping technical strategy for large-scale Cloud Service Providers or Enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to drive technical outcomes through influence and trust.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and API architecture.
- Effective collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Strong domain knowledge in security, identity, compliance, and governance.
