Responsibilities
- Design and improve Paxos’s AI workflows.
- Translate reimbursement complexity into testable workflow logic.
- Own AI quality and reliability by analyzing failures and improving prompts.
- Work directly with customers during implementation to clarify requirements.
- Document system functionalities through workflow specs and implementation notes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, AI operations, or related fields.
- Strong interest in AI and its application in real-world operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to notice inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Comfortable interacting directly with enterprise customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
