Base Salary
$180k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Enterprise customers to understand their business needs and build production-grade solutions using the X API platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality sample applications and reference implementations for developers.
- Build and enhance developer experience tools such as SDKs and CLIs to improve productivity.
- Research and write comprehensive how-to guides and technical content focused on X API integrations.
- Continuously audit and improve documentation and onboarding flows to enhance developer accessibility.
- Gather feedback from customers and advocate for their needs internally.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting and solutions.
- Streamline support processes and create materials to accelerate success for developers.
Requirements
- Exceptional coding proficiency in two or more languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and real-time streaming systems.
- Hands-on experience building developer-facing assets and high-quality technical documentation.
- Deep passion for developer experience and a knack for identifying and removing friction.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role working with enterprise customers.
- Ability to work professionally with diverse stakeholders to define and deliver objectives.
- Excellent project management skills to drive initiatives autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
