Base Salary
$210k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own ML pipelines from experimentation to production.
- Create reproducible environments for the AI/ML team.
- Establish cloud infrastructure as Infrastructure as Code.
- Optimize inference and forecasting workloads for performance and cost.
- Manage data interfaces with data engineering.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and security in production.
Requirements
- 5+ years in MLOps, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Experience with production ML systems and pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed data systems.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with production app codebases.
- High ownership and experience in fast-moving startup environments.
