Responsibilities
- Design and build core platform capabilities, including high-throughput data pipelines, AI-powered insights, agentic automation, and user interfaces.
- Own products through the full lifecycle, including feature delivery, production issue resolution, and operational health.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering standards, and technology choices.
- Partner with product and design teams to deliver solutions that achieve user and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade full-stack and backend services with Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Java.
- Experience with Kafka and Flink for event-driven architectures, real-time stream processing, and distributed systems.
- Experience building AI-powered products using LLM integration, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale.
- BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes microservices, system design, scalability, fault tolerance, concurrency, performance optimization, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end product features, translate ambiguous business problems into scalable designs, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
