Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce solution architecture, integration approaches, and platform best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support large-scale ERP transformation programs and assess downstream impacts on integrated applications.
Engage business leaders, executives, and stakeholders while communicating technical recommendations in business terms.
Lead project teams, coordinate offshore developers, administrators, and integration specialists, provide technical direction, and manage dependencies.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment between business and technology organizations.

15–18 years of professional experience in IT and business transformation programs.
10+ years leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation initiatives.
Deep expertise and strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs and evaluating downstream impacts on integrated applications.
Experience leading project teams and driving solution delivery, including coordination with offshore technical teams.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specification, communication, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.

On-site work in Irvine, California.
