Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to mission-driven organizations throughout their Claude adoption journey.
- Transform partners into AI-native organizations through Claude Code enablement and internal business process evolution.
- Design and lead cohort-based accelerators to scale expertise and impact to multiple organizations.
- Identify patterns across partners and segments to inform ecosystem-level developments.
- Create technical presentations, demos, and scalable technical content to accelerate partner adoption.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
- Help shape team processes and culture as the team scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role with customer-facing exposure.
- Experience working with mission-driven organizations like nonprofits or NGOs.
- Familiarity with common LLM implementation patterns and frameworks.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- A scrappy mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
