Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
- Implement solutions in specialized ML areas, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to model optimization and data processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience with C++, Java, and LLM coding tools.
- At least 1 year of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI or LLM tools, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with current AI/ML research and trends, scalable full-stack systems, self-service platforms, and the search or Ads stack.
- Preferred: strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
