Responsibilities
- Design and propose security and connectivity solutions, including Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN, aligned with customer needs.
- Visit customers, lead technical discussions, prepare solution designs and technical presentations, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Describe solution designs and deployment plans in technical and commercial terms.
- Manage and coordinate Vodafone subcontractors to deliver appropriate technical solutions on time.
- Participate in and own customer RFPs.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and key accounts.
- Monitor emerging security and connectivity technologies and introduce or train internal teams on relevant products and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, security, or connectivity presales.
- A university degree in IT or telecommunications.
- More than one certification from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, VMware, Check Point, or HPE Aruba; CCNP level, Fortinet Professional or higher, VMware SD-WAN Foundations, and CCSA or higher are preferred examples.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects.
- Ability to understand customer IT operating models and propose transformation and security solutions using security and connectivity products.
- Ability to explain the benefits of technology proposals in both technical and commercial terms.
