Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation methods for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and optimize model relevance and accuracy.
- Work with large-scale datasets and perform preprocessing to support model training.
- Integrate AI models with APIs and troubleshoot or optimize their performance in production environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Experience with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, API integration, and production optimization.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
