Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and evaluate deep learning models for multimodal classification and reasoning tasks.
- Conduct the full research lifecycle from stakeholder discussions and data collection through annotation, preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
- Prototype models in Python using PyTorch and TensorFlow, and implement mid-training and post-training improvements.
- Modify transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, positional encodings, and reasoning techniques.
- Apply supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, policy optimization, and knowledge distillation to reasoning models.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration, task decomposition, agentic tree search, and dynamic reasoning workflows.
- Document results through internal reports, blog posts, and publications in conferences and workshops.
Requirements
- PhD in AI-related fields such as NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience releasing AI/ML products.
- Strong publication record in top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, or CVPR.
- Expertise training, post-training, and evaluating transformer-based models, including architecture modifications and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning such as GRPO, and advanced post-training methods for reasoning models.
- Experience implementing and modifying transformer architectures, encoder/decoder variants, attention mechanisms, and positional encodings.
- Knowledge of Chain-of-Thought, agentic tree search, continual learning, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with static frameworks such as LangGraph and dynamic multi-agent harnesses for complex reasoning workflows.
- Ability to adapt to emerging research directions such as JEPA training, world models, diffusion-based generation, and agentic harnesses.
