Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for operational workflows.
- Own product delivery across agent logic, backend services, frontend experiences, and customer iteration.
- Take product initiatives from hypothesis through production deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Develop procurement and contract management tools and identify other high-impact product opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with customers to validate and improve products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, including products owned and shipped end to end.
- Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.
- Strong TypeScript skills and proficiency with NestJS and React.
- Experience working across backend and frontend systems and collaborating directly with customers.
- Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
- Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or Flutter is useful.
- Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is beneficial.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €120,000 annually and available equity options.
- On-site role in Munich, Germany.
- Relocation to Munich is an option for candidates not currently based there.
