Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives and design BPM solutions using low-code platforms.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture covering process design, data modeling, integration, and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor BPM and low-code technology trends and assess their impact on solution offerings.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks during solution implementation.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Work across multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and BPM solution implementation.
- Expertise in low-code platforms such as Appian, Camunda, Power Platform, or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale BPM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, database design, SQL, and tuning.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, web APIs, and SOAP/REST protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Platform certification is highly desirable, including Certified Associate Developer, Certified Senior Developer, Certified Lead Developer, Camunda Certified Consultant, or Camunda Certified Developer.
- A master's degree is a plus.
