Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core platform systems for agent orchestration, memory, and state management.
- Develop robust infrastructure for integrating and evaluating AI models at scale.
- Build APIs and abstractions for rapid deployment of new agent capabilities.
- Own critical backend services from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape the architecture of the agentic platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and asynchronous architectures.
- Strong bias towards action and ability to ship systems quickly.
- High degree of agency and ability to prioritize and drive projects forward independently.
- Background in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Located in SF or willing to relocate.
