Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and systems analysis.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for specific business needs.
- Monitor and control application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Analyze complex application issues and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Recommend and develop post-implementation security measures and programming solutions.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install and support application systems.
- Define operating standards and processes, assess risk, support regulatory compliance, and report control issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advisor, and coach to senior stakeholders and lower-level analysts.
Requirements
- Seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
