Responsibilities
- Ensure production systems are available and operate according to defined service-level agreements.
- Drive incident and outage resolution and communicate clearly and promptly.
- Restore production services efficiently.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain data retention practices according to organizational policies.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure for a banking project.
- Administer and optimize deployment pipelines and support production release processes.
- Automate infrastructure processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain platform stability.
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts and critical incident management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least 1 of experience in relevant related skills, as stated in the posting.
- Advanced proficiency in DevOps and cloud automation DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Spinnaker.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and production platform operations.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and support.
- Availability to participate in rotating on-call shifts.
- Preferred experience with configuration and release management, continuous improvement, problem-solving, collaboration, scripting, and automation.
- Preferred knowledge of Terraform, AWS, GCP, Grafana, ArgoCD, Helm, Python, Bash, generative AI, AI agents, and prompting.
- AWS/GCP DevOps and CKAD certifications and B2 English are desirable.
