Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade integrations and automations using Retool, n8n, Python/Streamlit, Apps Script, and SQL.
- Partner with Customs Business Development, operations, and business units to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
- Own rollout, monitoring, and iteration of tools with attention to reliability and client impact.
- Document solutions so others can adopt, use, and maintain them.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience building automations, integrations, or software in a data-rich environment.
- Working proficiency in JavaScript or Python for data transformation, business logic, and dynamic queries.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience consuming REST APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and feature branching, such as GitHub.
- Experience with Retool, n8n, and EDI/integrations is a plus.
- Ability to work with a compliance-first mindset in a heavily regulated industry.
