Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available AI platform infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integration patterns, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Design multi-region high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
- Design multi-agent systems, implement agent logic with modern frameworks, and guide deployment and operations.
- Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts through A/B testing, and develop reliable production agent applications.
- Lead technical maturity assessments, understand enterprise customer requirements, present recommendations, and guide implementation.
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments, using platforms such as GKE, EKS, or AKS.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps practices, high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of relational databases and in-memory data stores, including high availability, replication, backup strategies, and sizing.
- Strong understanding of networking, security including SSO/RBAC, TLS, and secrets management, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- At least 1 year of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph for agent-based applications.
- Experience with state management, AI application evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering and optimization, A/B testing, vector stores, RAG patterns, knowledge organization, tool integration, API design, and error handling.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience and experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, consultative, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on engineering skills.
