Base Salary
$123k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop tested, logical, and maintainable software for small tools and applications.
- Improve design, automation, development, testing, and operations processes to increase team agility.
- Identify design risks, propose mitigations, and make trade-offs for defined technical problems.
- Develop scalable technology solutions and document them clearly and concisely.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to mitigate team or customer impact.
- Run simulations of workcell or equipment performance and publish metrics to monitor program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience coding, scripting, or automating in at least one language such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, or PowerShell.
- Experience with open-source technologies such as Linux, Spring, or React.
- Preferred: experience automating and simplifying development, testing, and operations processes.
- Preferred: experience with distributed computing, programs, and systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and protocols including DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, and SNMP.
