Base Salary
$122k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, build, and operate customer-focused products and services.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices in distributed computing environments.
- Build and maintain resilient, scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective distributed systems.
- Design, develop, and test software components that interact with robotics, material-handling equipment, computer vision, and cloud services.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and technical documentation.
- Write clean, maintainable code using software engineering best practices and design patterns.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while participating in on-call operational responsibilities.
- Leverage and contribute to GenAI and AI-powered development productivity tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience with data structure implementation, basic algorithm development, and/or object-oriented design principles.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred experience includes technical internships or project work, cloud platforms such as AWS, SQL and NoSQL databases, AI development tools, open-source contributions, and version control systems.
- Preferred experience includes distributed systems, multi-tiered systems, relational databases, optimization mathematics, robotics, computer vision, machine learning, manipulation, perception, motion planning and controls, movement, or autonomous navigation.

- Annual starting base pay varies by location from $122,300 to $128,700.
