Base Salary
$180k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure cloud architectures.
- Implement, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructures across public, private, and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational engineering initiatives.
- Use automation tools and scripting languages to support cloud engineering work.
- Stay current with cloud technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud.
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification or similar.
- TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
- Understanding of distributed systems, networking, security, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
