Base Salary
$102k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications.
- Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Provide technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, development planning, and Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware, and event-driven technologies.
- Execute and support unit, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, release management, code reviews, and deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, reusable components, and process improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including at least 2 years supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
- Experience supporting the full software development life cycle in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required within the first year if not already held.
- Preferred qualifications include Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications; Salesforce DevOps, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce AI capabilities, Sierra, workflow automation, Customer Experience or Case Management support, technical leadership, mentoring, platform architecture, ServiceNow, and Power BI experience.
