Base Salary
$102k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for Customer Experience operations.
- Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and declarative configuration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership during solution design, code reviews, and development planning.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, middleware, and event-driven technologies.
- Execute and support unit, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, release management, and production deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Develop technical documentation, development standards, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including 2+ years supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
- Experience supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required within the first year if not already held.
- Preferred qualifications include Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications; experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce AI capabilities, Sierra, workflow automation, ServiceNow, Power BI, enterprise integrations, technical leadership, mentoring, and platform architecture.
