Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions, agent workflows, prompts, and automation.
- Lead Salesforce CPQ solutions covering product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
- Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Copado.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
- Experience with integrations, Salesforce DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and enterprise Salesforce architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- A BE, BTech, degree, or master's degree.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications are preferred.
