Base Salary
$173k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify employee workflows that could benefit from improved quality, reduced manual effort, or faster turnaround.
- Build, test, roll out, and maintain automations, integrations, scripts, APIs, agents, workflow solutions, and internal tools.
- Partner with colleagues on real tasks to identify useful AI applications and improve how they use AI.
- Run hands-on AI enablement sessions and office hours and create reusable examples and workflows.
- Evaluate tools and approaches based on usefulness, reliability, cost, and ease of adoption.
- Select and optimize AI models based on task requirements, quality, speed, and spend.
- Verify outputs and connected-system actions and collaborate with IT, Security, and system owners on permissions, review, monitoring, and recovery.
- Track manual effort, turnaround time, errors, output quality, and sustained adoption, and improve solutions based on usage.
Requirements
- Experience building automations, integrations, or internal tools used by others.
- Active experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI tools for substantive work.
- Ability to judge when AI, conventional automation, or a simpler process is appropriate and balance model quality, speed, and cost.
- Clear and patient communication skills for teaching people with different levels of technical confidence.
- Ability to understand underlying workflow problems and translate vague requests into practical solutions.
- Careful handling of sensitive information and judgment about when human review or system-owner input is required.
- Accountability for documentation, maintenance, adoption, and post-launch outcomes.
- Preferred: experience building internal AI tools or AI enablement programs.
- Preferred: experience connecting agents to business applications, APIs, and knowledge sources.
- Preferred: experience evaluating AI outputs, testing workflows, or monitoring integrations.
- Preferred: examples of tools, guides, or workshops that helped colleagues adopt improved ways of working.
