Responsibilities
- Design and deploy generative AI solutions, including chatbots and anomaly detectors, for incident triage, root-cause analysis, and production alerting.
- Integrate AI solutions with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and databases to improve observability.
- Develop custom LLM-based agents and scripts for natural-language querying of logs, metrics, and codebases.
- Collaborate with production support teams to identify toil-heavy processes, prototype AI fixes, and measure improvements in resolution time and ticket volume.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines that learn continuously from production incidents.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, data privacy, and reliability standards for financial and enterprise applications.
- Train and upskill support teams on AI tools.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of total experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on GenAI or automation work.
- Advanced Python skills for scripting, API integration, and automation.
- Experience building RAG systems with generative AI frameworks and Transformers.
- Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, and SQL; Oracle experience is preferred.
- Production support experience including incident management, log analysis, and MTTR optimization in AWS or Azure environments.
- Experience deploying and monitoring models with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana, including handling model drift and hallucinations.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS and prompt engineering for domain-specific tasks.
- Knowledge of MLflow, observability integrations, global banking, SRE practices, multimodal AI, or fine-tuning open-source models is desired.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience introducing AI into conservative teams are preferred.
