Responsibilities
- Design and build data models that transform raw data into reliable, business-ready datasets for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and internal systems.
- Develop and enhance internal web applications using FastAPI and React.
- Lead development of Newton, the in-house GTM AI intelligence layer and chatbot using the OpenAI Agent SDK and modular tools.
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive architectural decisions supporting scalability, security, reliability, and reduced technical debt.
- Improve engineering productivity and system stability through CI enhancements, refactoring, and adoption of new tools.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional data and AI initiatives with GTM, RevOps, Data, Security, and R&D teams.
- Shape the team’s long-term technical vision, roadmap priorities, and architectural evolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an engineering or data role.
- Experience prompting LLMs and implementing GenAI features.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Experience with a cloud provider; GCP experience is preferred.
- Interest in Sales and Marketing initiatives and challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work without continuous direction.
- Terraform experience is optional.
- JavaScript and React experience is optional.
