Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable healthcare AI applications using Java and React.
- Architect robust, performant, maintainable cloud application solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve availability and efficiency.
- Contribute to features leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Write tests and documentation to maintain code quality.
- Assist with development, deployment, and support for on-premises and cloud-based solutions serving internal and customer production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- At least four years of professional full-stack software development experience, including backend APIs, frontend UI, system integrations, and user authentication.
- Deep expertise in Java and experience designing highly optimized, scalable architectures.
- Experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications with Spring Boot, React, UX design frameworks, relational databases, and document databases.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related database technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Healthcare experience, including HL7 and FHIR, is a bonus.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks is a bonus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a bonus.
