Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents integrated into HR and Financial workflows.
- Implement tooling strategies and contribute to production-grade AI solutions at global scale.
- Own multiple platform areas across development, deployment, operation, and maintenance.
- Apply strong software engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with product leaders, machine learning engineers, and full-stack builders in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 8+ years of experience with at least one modern programming language, with Python preferred and Java, Go, or C++ as examples.
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating highly scalable distributed systems in production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with LLM-based application design, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into production systems.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and working through the full software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed-system architecture, observability, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
