Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities in Oracle Integration Cloud Service workflows.
- Configure Oracle security, roles, workflow states, feature enablement, access controls, auditability, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Conduct use-case discovery workshops and connect business pain points to Oracle AI features, value KPIs, and adoption metrics.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes using supported extensions and APIs without compromising compliance.
- Deliver pilot, phased deployment, training, and hypercare rollout playbooks with measurable productivity and cycle-time improvements.
- Manage stakeholders and maintain delivery discipline at a team-lead level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Knowledge of integration basics, including APIs, events, and OIC where applicable.
- A testing mindset and experience with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
