Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, technical, and partner input for account strategies, customer success plans, consumption plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Engage strategic customers as a trusted technical advisor and lead discussions about data, AI, security, architecture, and digital transformation.
  • Design and present end-to-end cloud and AI data solutions, architecture patterns, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Coordinate partner resources and support partner technical capacity throughout customer engagements.
  • Convey customer and competitive insights to Microsoft product and engineering teams and remediate technical blockers.
  • Mentor internal communities, demonstrate products, and maintain readiness and domain expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a master's degree and 3+ years of such experience, or 5+ years of such experience, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture are preferred.
  • Ability to lead technical customer engagements, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and partner collaboration.
