Responsibilities
- Build and scale a comprehensive data analytics platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements.
- Architect solutions for complex data and workflow challenges.
- Advise on Ops and Data Governance infrastructure using core Addepar systems.
- Promote strategic data architecture and optimized workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in platform development.
- Strong experience with Java or Python.
- Proficient in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Expertise in CI/CD for data engineering pipelines.
- Skilled in monitoring and observability tools like FiddlerAI, Datadog, and Grafana.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Collaborative problem-solver with ownership mentality.
- Bonus: Experience with large-scale datasets and high velocity data streams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the financial domain.
- Bonus: Experience with PySpark and Databricks.
