Base Salary

$158k - $197k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a comprehensive Data Analytics Platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and architect solutions for sophisticated data and workflow challenges.
  • Use the Data Lakehouse to advise and strategize operations and data governance infrastructure.
  • Promote strategic data architecture and optimized workflows to simplify processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in platform development, particularly enabling data engineering outcomes.
  • Strong experience with Java or Python.
  • Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus hands-on cloud infrastructure and data analytics workload experience.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD for data engineering pipelines, including building, automating, and optimizing pipeline lifecycles.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as FiddlerAI, Datadog, and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Bonus: experience with large-scale datasets and high-velocity data streams.
  • Bonus: familiarity with the financial domain.
  • Bonus: PySpark and Databricks experience, or similar technologies with willingness to cross-train.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and authorized to begin work on the first day.
