Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, secure AI/ML solutions on AWS for customer needs.
- Select, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Conduct experiments, research algorithms, establish GenAI performance benchmarks, and optimize solutions for performance and cost.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, gather requirements, and define implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and trusted-advisor support throughout project delivery.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, reusable AI/ML artifacts, and technology prototyping.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with machine learning or statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and performance parameters.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks to assess generative AI model performance.
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to business problems and working on multidisciplinary, multi-team projects.
- At least 2 years of computer vision experience.
- Current, active US Government TS/SCI or higher security clearance.
- Preferred experience with AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Preferred experience with cloud performance optimization, cost management, cloud architecture, and solution implementation.
- Preferred master's degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Preferred experience translating technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
