Base Salary
$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a bounded platform service component or SDK area for multi-tenant use.
- Debug distributed service graphs and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize software features and enhancements.
- Implement API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, scalability, resilience, and capacity strategies.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to development standards, documentation, samples, and adoption guidance.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported product issues and defects while supporting short- and long-term solutions.
- Perform maintenance, patching, monitoring, observability, automation, testing, and debugging to maintain service availability and reliability.
- Coach and mentor team members and collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes.
