Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a platform that ensures dataset quality and correctness and alerts stakeholders to critical production issues.
Maintain shared libraries used across the data function and support rapid onboarding of new datasets.
Design, build, and document integrations with other teams’ processes to surface data-pipeline issues.
Support users in best-practice use of the tooling, migrate code to current standards, and investigate, debug, and resolve platform issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams, quants, traders, and business stakeholders on a mission-critical data platform.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Previous software engineering experience; exposure to financial data is a plus.
Strong computer science fundamentals and proficiency in Python or Rust.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
Exposure to front-end development for custom monitoring dashboards is a plus.
Knowledge of data-quality frameworks such as Soda or Great Expectations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work autonomously within a global team.
