Responsibilities
- Design and implement LangGraph multi-agent orchestration pipelines with conditional routing, self-healing loops, and sub-agent hierarchies.
- Build hybrid retrieval systems using Neo4j knowledge graphs, Cypher, Qdrant or comparable vector search, and sentence-transformer embeddings.
- Develop asynchronous FastAPI backend services using asyncpg or Motor, Pydantic models, JWT, and RBAC.
- Build React and TypeScript frontend features including graph editors, real-time streaming interfaces, and observability dashboards.
- Integrate A2A, MCP, AG-UI, REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
- Implement Redis and mem0 agent memory, DAG-based workflow compilation, topological sorting, cycle detection, and Ray-based parallel execution.
- Deploy and operate containerized services using Docker, Azure Bicep, Azure Pipelines, and Jenkins.
- Serve and manage on-premise LLMs with vLLM or TGI alongside cloud-hosted models.
- Own features across the full stack from API and user interface through deployment and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Full Stack Development.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of production experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or ML systems.
- Strong Python, asynchronous programming, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript skills.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LLM engineering, prompt design, model routing, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with graph databases or knowledge graph systems and vector databases or hybrid retrieval.
- Experience with enterprise authentication, APIs, real-time streaming, workflow systems, and full-stack feature ownership.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
