Responsibilities
- Architect and manage CircleCI pipelines and self-service automation tools.
- Deploy and evolve GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Partner with engineering teams to provide necessary tooling and expertise.
- Design and manage production-ready AWS EKS infrastructure.
- Manage container scheduling and cluster scaling using Karpenter.
- Enforce Kubernetes security practices through Network Policies and IAM Roles.
- Support Istio Service Mesh implementations for secure service communication.
- Develop advanced routing and traffic management strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed systems operations.
- Mentor engineering teams on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of cloud engineering or DevOps platform experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services.
- 2+ years of experience administering production-grade Amazon EKS.
- 1+ year of experience designing and managing Istio Service Mesh.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like CircleCI and ArgoCD.
- Experience with Kubernetes and multi-cluster environments.
- Strong understanding of security practices in cloud infrastructure.
