Full Stack Associate Software Engineer (Miami Only)

Base Salary
$85k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full stack features across the React frontend and TypeScript/Node.js backend.
- Work across data migrations, APIs, interfaces, and tests with increasing independence.
- Use AI coding agents and take full accountability for their output.
- Write tests across the stack and treat verification as part of shipping.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews, including reviewing other engineers’ work.
- Build features that correctly handle protected health information, authentication, authorization, and audit logging.
Requirements
- Graduate with a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Have built self-directed projects such as side projects, hackathon work, or open-source contributions.
- Have working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and comfort with React or Node.js.
- Have familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and the relationship between web requests and database queries.
- Use AI coding tools and understand their limitations and verification methods.
- Be able to explain technical decisions and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to be based in Miami.
- Preferred qualifications include production internship or co-op experience, PostgreSQL, Express, typed API layers, LLM or agent API projects, Jest, Vitest, Playwright, cloud exposure, healthcare data standards, accessibility, or internationalization.
