Responsibilities
- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring scalable and secure infrastructure components on Google Cloud Platform.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform to manage cloud resources.
- Support the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to support reliable application releases.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and create scripts for automation, monitoring, and deployments.
- Participate in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues and follow security best practices.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of cloud concepts and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Basic familiarity with Infrastructure as Code principles and preferably Terraform exposure.
- Understanding of version control, particularly Git and GitHub.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and preferably GitHub Workflows.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
- Awareness of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, with eagerness to learn.
