Responsibilities
- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring scalable infrastructure components on Google Cloud Platform.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform to manage cloud resources.
- Support the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to support reliable application releases.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and create scripts for automation, monitoring, and deployments.
- Participate in troubleshooting infrastructure issues and follow security best practices.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundational understanding of cloud concepts and services, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Basic familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and exposure to Terraform is preferred.
- Understanding of version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and familiarity with GitHub Workflows is preferred.
- Basic scripting ability in Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
- Awareness of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to apply critical judgment when using data and AI outputs responsibly.
