Base Salary
$109k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deliver, enhance, and support full-stack software solutions and data science efforts.
- Build systems involving advanced search, big-data ingestion, analytical processing, and web applications.
- Translate ideas into technical solutions with minimal direction and own work through delivery.
- Gather requirements and generate ideas with TRSS analytical staff and document proposed solutions.
- Lead projects or small efforts and mentor less experienced developers.
- Demo new software solutions and collaborate with development and analytical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience mentoring less experienced developers and/or leading small projects or teams.
- Development experience with Python, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required for government contract and federal agency requirements.
- Strong engineering, problem-solving, communication, work ethic, and ethical judgment.
- Preferred experience includes React, Angular, Vue, AWS, Neo4j or other graph technology, Kafka, Grails, Groovy, and Elasticsearch.
