Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement, troubleshoot, maintain, and support Agile software development efforts to modernize systems.
- Develop and contribute solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Write source code for new applications and enhance code samples for existing applications.
- Use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions.
- Build, enhance, and deploy data-driven solutions with Palantir Foundry.
- Work with collaborative and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Review or guide the activities of more junior employees.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data-driven solutions.
- Experience with software engineering, product management, software products, and Agile or extreme programming practices.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 7+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation.
- Preferred experience includes client requirements gathering, workflow automation, mission-oriented analytics, logistics data, Foundry data modeling, ontology mapping, data visualization, AI or ML model integration, React applications, and UI/UX design.
- Preferred qualifications include Navy readiness or resource management experience, development management or technical team leadership, and knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks.
- Candidates must complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
