Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, develop, maintain, and improve Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions for CAPDEV organizations.
- Work with process owners, operational users, analysts, managers, and information stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify digitization or automation opportunities.
- Design and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, columns, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, and information structures.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps applications replacing manual forms, spreadsheets, email coordination, and fragmented processes.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, routing, task coordination, data synchronization, document handling, and status management.
- Troubleshoot technical, configuration, permissions, data, workflow, application, and integration issues and restore or improve service.
- Document solutions and transfer operational knowledge to developers, administrators, support teams, platform owners, or operational organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in at least two areas: SharePoint administration or development, Power Apps development, Power Automate development, or Microsoft 365 business-process digitization.
- At least 2 years of personally developing and deploying Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions, including a solution used by an identified user group within the last 18 months.
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on SharePoint administration, configuration, development, or sustainment experience involving permissions, information architecture, site configuration, navigation, and site ownership or administration.
- Demonstrated development of at least two Power Apps applications with multiple screens or forms, conditional or role-based behavior, multiple data sources or structured data entities, and application logic.
- Demonstrated development of at least two Power Automate workflows involving scheduled or recurring execution, data synchronization or movement, and document generation, processing, or routing.
- Demonstrated delivery of an operational solution combining SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate within one business process.
- Demonstrated requirements elicitation and analysis of at least two manual, spreadsheet-based, email-driven, document-centric, or fragmented processes before digitization.
- Demonstrated integration of Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, APIs, Microsoft Graph, SQL or another relational data source, and data gateways.
- Demonstrated lifecycle management, configuration management, environment separation, solution packaging or management, and deployment between development, test, or production environments.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and resolution of at least two technical or operational issues, including the affected technology, actions taken, resolution, and service outcome.
- Demonstrated documentation and knowledge transfer for continued solution operation, administration, or maintenance.
