Responsibilities
- Develop AI architecture patterns including RAG, text-to-SQL, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
- Build, integrate, and maintain production-grade AI agents and applications using prompt engineering, context engineering, function calling, and tool use.
- Create AI workflows and pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
- Deploy and manage LLM solutions on Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar cloud platforms.
- Implement observability, monitoring, evaluation, benchmarking, and documentation for AI systems.
- Automate model deployment and orchestration through CI/CD pipelines.
- Design MCP integrations, tool orchestration frameworks, and secure multi-system enterprise workflows.
- Implement AI security controls for data governance, PII handling, prompt injection, data leakage prevention, access control, and safe tool usage.
- Ensure AI deployments meet enterprise security, governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI and machine learning development.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI agent patterns.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Familiarity with vector stores including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Understanding of Git workflows, GitHub, and software development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-based development.
- Experience with MCP or similar tool integration and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI system security, including prompt injection risks, data leakage prevention, and RBAC/ABAC for tools and data.
- Experience building secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions with governance and compliance considerations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise AI platforms, multi-agent systems, internal tool ecosystems, auditability, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
