Base Salary
$90k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of StrataJazz architecture and SQL code.
- Partner with team members to review and approve project plans.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for resolving complex issues.
- Minimize unbillable time by addressing defects and configuration errors.
- Identify recurring technical issues and collaborate with Product Management to resolve them.
- Evaluate and approve workarounds and change requests for live databases.
- Recommend product enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Track and communicate the resolution of defects affecting client environments.
- Translate client requirements into standard configurations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software implementation or Application Technical Support.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear solutions.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills across teams.
- Proficiency across modules in the Decision Support StrataJazz solution is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and conflict resolution abilities.
